Not only have the items I have bought form D&D are the most exquisite, they are always in excellent vintage condition. But the shop owner is an absolute angel. She is a kind, generous, complementary, and a very communicative person, not to mention she is an artist in her own right in how she curates the items, and what she sources. I can't tell you how much I appreciate this sort of connection and exp, I have stopped buying vintage underpinnings locally where I live, or anywhere on line due to the great exp and quality of the pieces ive been getting from Daggers & Dames. The item itself is absolutely stunning and was in beautiful condition. But even more importantly for me, the customer service was exquisite. I opened the box to find a beautiful handwritten note that had a gorgeous wax seal on the envelope. The attention to detail and the time spent to make it A luxury experience was greatly appreciated.
