We are unable to accept general returns, exchanges, or returns due to incorrect sizing. Please be confident in your purchase prior to making your payment.
Vintage items are to be considered used and are sold as-is. Please understand that these items are 20 or more years old. My descriptions are true and thorough. If there are any flaws, no matter how minor, I will list them in the description and provide images. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, I will respond as soon as possible.
I want to create a very positive experience for my customers. If you receive an item that you feel was grossly misrepresented in the item description, please let me know within 72 hours of delivery. In the event that your item is damaged, please send me a detailed report and any images you may be able to provide. I will make it right with you!
Refunds (if applicable)
If I am able to provide a refund due to gross misrepresentation, please be sure to return the item in its original package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Examples of Gross Misrepresentation:
- Stains or soils not mentioned in the item description
- Rips, holes, or tears not mentioned in the item description
- Incorrect measurements given in item description (must be greater than 1/2" to be deemed worthy of return).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
