Refund policy
We are unable to accept general returns or returns due to incorrect sizing. Please be confident in your purchase prior to making your payment.
Vintage items are to be considered used and are sold as-is. Please understand that these items are 20 or more years old. I do my absolute best to ensure product descriptions are true and thorough. If there are any flaws, no matter how minor, I will list them in the description and if possible will provide images. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, I will respond as soon as possible.
Return Exceptions:
• GROSS MISREPRESENTATION:
Buyer must notify me, with photos, within 7 days of delivery for a return request.
Gross misrepresentation includes:
• Inaccurate measurements provided in excess of 1/2 of an inch.
• Excess & visible flaws not mentioned in the conditions of item.
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I am legally required to accept returns for international orders if requested within 14 days of delivery. The terms & conditions below also apply to returns due to unpaid customs fees:
• Refunds WILL NOT be issued until I have received the item.
• It is your responsibility to provide me with tracking information.
• Refund will exclude a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.
• Item MUST be in original, unworn condition.
Refunds (if applicable)
If I am able to provide a refund due to damage, please be sure to return in its original package. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Unauthorized Returns:
Please advise that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Daggers & Dames will notify you of return and will offer the option of reshipping the item back to you. It will be at your own expense to have an unauthorized return shipped back to you. If no arrangements for reshipment have been made within 14 calendar days of item received, the buyer forfeits all monies paid for the unauthorized return and the item will be relisted.
