This vintage 1960s robe by Vanity Fair was made in leopard print nylon fabric used for their iconic 'Jungle Girl' line. Very flattering, with a loose shoulder and bias cut. Tapered sleeves that are loose at the shoulder while gradually becoming more narrow toward the mid-forearm. Open in the bust with a velvet edged collar and side pockets. This darling little robe closes at the waist with a single black button, with a slim open skirt falling a bit below the knee. Perfect for a pinup or rockabilly lingerie wardrobe, and would also make an exceptional light jacket!

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
