Vintage 1960s nightgown and peignoir set by Gotham made from sheer black nylon chiffon which covers a pale nude to give the classic ' nude illusion' popular to the era. The robe has a high puffed collar and puffed sleeves, beautifully adorned in intricate lace to give a very sexy allure. A wide open fit, closing at the neck with long satin ties. The gown is fitted at the bust through the empire-style waist, with a lace bodice and thin looped straps. A satin ribbon tie gives a pretty aesthetic, with a knee-length A-line skirt. A stunning set that is very sexy while still preserving a bit of modesty. Perfect for the pinup boudoir.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
