Vintage 1960s nightgown and peignoir set by Virginia Wallace made from a sheer light pastel yellow nylon chiffon over a silky opaque underlayer to preserve a bit of modesty. The peignoir robe has a loose open fit, closing at the neck with long sash ties. Fluffy chiffon ruffles add a very flirty and fun aesthetic, giving a perfect pinup vibe to the boudoir. The babydoll nightgown has ruched detail along the neckline, with the classic trapeze style fit through the waist and hip. A very sweet set!

CONDITION :

Excellent: No holes or rips. One tiny red mark at the chest that looks like a lipstick mark, and a very faint pinkish mark on the underlayer of the gown toward the hem. **I was able to remove the darkened spots at the neck/upper back of the nightgown, updated photos coming soon!**

A Note on Buying Vintage

This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:

• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina

These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.

Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
