Vintage 1960s nightgown and peignoir set made from sheer lilac purple nylon chiffon with cream peek-a-boo crochet lace inserts that frame the neckline, bust, and waist on both pieces. This set is extra fluffy with both the gown and robe being double layered. The robe is a looser fit with puffed sleeves that fall just past the elbow, open in the front and closing at the center chest with 2 satin covered snap buttons. The gown offers a bit of modesty with a silky opaque lining, yet the back is sheer for a bit of exposure. Ankle length and full of body, this set fits the 'fairy princess' aesthetic perfectly.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
