Circa mid-1960s, this baby blue nylon dressing gown robe by Miss Elaine is a darling boudoir piece. The bodice is beautifully adorned with sheer ivory flora lace with the highly collectible spiderweb pattern. Backed with sheer chiffon gives a lovely touch. Long sleeves with faux pearl button closure down the center chest, with an empire-style waist that flatters the figure nicely. An incredibly wide ankle-length skirt graces the ankles with an open center that allows for a glimpse of your lingerie. Perfect for the spring bride.

A Note on Buying Vintage

This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:

• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina

These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.

Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
