This vintage 1940s slip by Lady Lynn was made from a rich golden taupe silk satin material that drapes lovingly along the figure. Bias cut with intricate cotton lace that frames the deep V cut neckline that provides a luxurious bit of adornment. Condition
Fair-good: Hand washed and gently steamed. Elastic is very stretchy to the point of losing most of its ability to 'suck you in' (hence recommendation for larger measurements) Several stains lightened but did not lift entirely; mesh is not a bright white. One of the garter tabs appears to have been glued but is strong and can be safely used (I tested this by being pretty rough with it).
