Vintage 1940s to 1950s pajama set by Elaine Skylar, never worn and made from a silky light petal pink rayon satin with matte damask stripes and a lovely rosebud floral print. Very flattering, with a button-up top that can be worn loose or tucked in as pictured. Collared with a side breast pocket for the 'man-tailored' look that was popular in the era. The pants sit high on the waist with a side button closure, a pleated hip, and loose legs which flatter the figure. A very sweet and incredibly comfortable lounge set!

A Note on Buying Vintage

This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:

• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina

These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.

Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
