Vintage 1950's nightgown by Vanity Fair made of a bright hot pink nylon chiffon with a silky opaque lining for a bit of modesty and added body. A sheer lace neckline traces the chest and upper back beautifully, resting on the wider edge of the shoulders. A gathered bust and fitted waist adorned with a sewn-in satin ribbon that ties in the back. This darling little nightgown falls just below the knee with a wide, fluffy skirt which gives the perfect pinup princess aesthetic. A classic, sweet, and flirty addition to the boudoir!

CONDITION :
Very good: Hand washed and steamed, there are a few small holes in the chiffon and one dark mark on the sash. The neckline looks to have been pulled in a bit for a more petite frame.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
