Vintage 1950's Girdle - Black Diamond Print Mesh with Ruffled White Chiffon & Satin Panels by Lily of France, Enhance | XS, Small

This 1950s girdle from Lily of France's Enhance line was made from a stretchy black power mesh material with the sweetest diamond woven print throughout. Sitting high at the natural waist, this piece is lightweight with diamond shaped acetate satin panels that take place of metal stays to provide a smoothing effect over the abdomen and derriere. Darling white ruffled nylon chiffon edging along the hem adds a sweetly feminine touch, with trolley garters that hold your stockings high upon the thigh. Such a cute little piece of shape wear!

Condition: very good and strong enough for wear. Garters are in excellent condition and elastic is stretchy and tight without rot. There are some small holes in the nylon chiffon edging and fading from wear along the inner waist and hem bands that do not show when worn.
