Vintage 1940s to 1950s dressing gown robe by Maxan, made from a silky bright sky blue rayon material that feels wonderful against the skin. Bias cut with a loose shoulder and short cuffed sleeves, with a high neck and fitted waist which flatters the figure nicely. Faux pearl buttons up the center bodice, with quilted detail at the neck, cuffs, and side pockets. Closing with a hidden zip closure up the center front for ease of wear. This stunning gown has a rope sash tie to cinch and accentuate the waist, with a wide ankle-length hem which adds an elegant bit of body.

CONDITION :
Excellent: Hand washed and steamed without any holes, stains, or rips. Some light fading/discoloration on the tops of the shoulders and in one spot on the skirt which hides in the folds.
