Vintage 1950's Brown & Black Petticoat by Chic Parisienne

Ooo-la-la! This super scrumptious brown and black 1950s petticoat is sexy and lovely and could easily be worn as a funky skirt. Fitted nylon around the high waist and hip. A deep chocolate brown tulle with multiple layers and 3 black ribbons decorate the bottom skirt. Brand new elastic waist will give you many years of wear.
