Vintage 1950's all in one girdle made of a lightweight wireless bright white nylon taffeta, with stretchy elastic mesh panels to smooth and shape the figure. Adjustable satin straps with darted lace cups adorned with leaf-shaped appliques which provide a bit of modesty and flair. Lovely embroidery up the center abdominal panel, with delicate lace ruffles at the neckline give a lovely feminine touch. This little corselette has a very low scoop back which hides nicely under low-back tops and dresses. 6 trolley garters hold your stockings up high on the thigh.

CONDITION :
Excellent: Hand washed and steamed without holes, stains, or rips. All elastic is stretchy and taut. Garters are healthy but with slight yellowing to the cotton backing. I think the garters may have been replaced but I am not 100% sure.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
