This vintage late 1950s to early 1960s slip by Henson Kickernick was made from a double layered ash blue tulle that is almost completely transparent, leaving absolutely nothing to the imagination. Perfectly tailored to hug the curves with gorgeous floral lace appliqués that were artfully placed to flatter the figure beautifully. This little slip extends just below the knee, with thin adjustable nylon straps that hide nicely below a variety of tops and dresses. A very unique style that is unlike anything I have seen.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
