Vintage 1940s tap pants made of sheer black rayon chiffon fabric that is very slinky and incredibly silky. Darling lace appliques adorn the hem with satin ribbon woven through and tied in a bow on each side. Sitting high with an elastic waist for a comfortable fit. A loose hip and wide fluted leg openings flatter the figure and give a cute bit of cheekiness.
