This 1940s slip by Radelle is made of very pale powder pink Bur-Mil rayon satin with a high sheen and luster. Bias cut with an intricate gray embroidered white cotton cutout lace pattern adorning the upper bodice and straps. Absolutely gorgeous, with a slinky fit that drapes along the curves with a slightly fluted hem that falls below the knee. This flirty little slip shapes delicately and is very sexy and very flattering. A great staple lingerie necessity with lots of flair!
CONDITION - Very good to excellent: This slip has never been worn, but has been washed and ironed. Two spots where the pink is slightly darker, likely due to being stored in a chest with others that have never been worn or washed. One spot is toward the left hip and one about center skirt. Some light age spots on the lace.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
