Vintage 1940s slip made of a very pale pink rayon fabric that has a nice sheen a decadent silkiness against the skin. Bias cut with thin straps and wide ivory lace edging around the neckline. Pink piping soutache-like embroidery across the bodice and lace hem gives a bit of flair, with a slinky fit through the hip and lightly fluted hem which flatters the figure beautifully. A great lingerie basic!

Very good: Hand washed and steamed without holes, rips, or stains. One area of fading on the piping, and the straps have been altered/shortened a bit by the previous wearer.
