Vintage 1940s to early 1950s robe by Loungee's, made from a very silky bold rose pink rayon satin material. Quality medium weight and high luster make this robe even more luxurious. A sleek chest with gathered fabric creates gorgeous folds in the bodice, with long bishop-style sleeves that are elegantly wide, closing at the wrist with 3 buttons. This robe is very loose in fit, closing at the neck with a button snap and cinching at the waist with a long sash tie. Ankle length and open down the center for a glamorous allure that allows for a sexy exposed leg.

A Note on Buying Vintage

This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:

• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina

These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.

Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
