Vintage 1940s robe by Styled by Dorian has never been worn and still retains its original hangtag. Made of lush black velvet with a deep V opening with long folded cuff sleeves. Loose in the shoulder with a bias cut bodice giving the classic Old Hollywood look. Cinched at the waist with hidden eye-hooks and stunning rhinestone buttons that sparkle beautifully. This very glamorous robe has pockets at the sides of the hip to hold your trinkets and falls to the ankle with a slightly longer back for added drama. Decadent in every way!

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
