Vintage 1940s pajama set by Tele-Queen made of a silky rayon satin. Very chic, with the tunic style top in a rich shade of rose gold pink with a gorgeous black & blue paisley print. A side breast pocket with black plastic buttons for closure, the top can be worn loosely or tied tightly in the back to cinch the waist. The pants sit high with a smooth front and elastic back waist. Loose in the leg which gives the elegant look of the era. Absolutely gorgeous and perfect for lovers of all things Art Deco.

CONDITION :
Excellent: Hand washed and steamed without any holes, rips, or stains. Set looks to have been very rarely worn. Two small 'fray' spots on the top of the shoulder. The pants feel more like silk and might not be original to the set but came with the top, so I am not sure. I replaced the elastic in the pants as well.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
