Baby blue silk ribbon woven through, tying into a bow at the center chest, with fluttery capped sleeves that cover the tops of the shoulder. Attached ribbon ties cinch the waist for a flattering fit. The very wide leg pants sit high with an elastic waist, falling to the ankle. Perfect for lazy mornings!
