A stunning 1940s nightgown by lingerie brand Chevette! This beauty is made from slinky and silky white DuPont nylon satin that drapes beautifully along the figure, that is slightly sheer adding a sensual touch. With a bias cut bodice made entirely of intricate ivory lace, with the iconic leaf satin appliques on either side of the bust. Wide straps edged in satin piping for comfort and a very dramatic, incredibly deep V open back. This striking gown has side ties to cinch the waist and a long skirt which falls to the ankle. A perfect bridal trousseau addition that can easily transform into an evening gown with the right foundation wear. A gorgeous and very feminine piece for the vintage lingerie enthusiast!

CONDITION - Very good to excellent: No stains, holes or rips. There is a slight run in the fabric across the lower left hip. Difficult to notice and does not affect ability to wear. See last photo.
