This 1940s nightgown by Ro Jene was made from a rich inky black rayon chiffon material that leaves just enough for the imagination. Bias cut with a draped V cut neck and back that creates a sensual touch to the design. This gown features the phrase "forget me not" and little bouquets embroidered in icy blue stitching scattered in a way that plays lovingly with the curves of the body. Slinky in fit, gently hugging the waist and cascading around the hip toward the ankle. A very sweet, very unique gown.

Condition: gown is unworn and in incredible condition without any holes, rips, or stains.

• Taken seam to seam laying flat, relaxed, then doubled

• Maximum stretch given for comfort without applying stress to seams

• Gown is shown pinned at the waist seam to show intended fit. Second to last photo shows it unpinned on a size 4 dress form.
