Vintage 1940s nightgown by lingerie legend, Vanity Fair. Very rare and never worn, with the original store tag attached. This lovely gown was made from a silky and stretchy rayon jersey knit which offers an incredibly comfortable and flattering fit. Bias cut with a deep V cut neck and back, with lace edging and darling satin acorn and floral appliques at the center bodice. Slim fitting, falling to the ankle with a lace-edged kick slit at the center skirt. Functional yet highly collectible, perfect for both the vintage and modern wardrobe.

CONDITION :

Excellent: Never worn with original tag. Gown has not been washed in an effort to preserve the 'new old stock' integrity. Some very faint storage spots primarily on the lace. A few gray marks as pictured. One tiny hole above the hem.
