Vintage 1940's Girdle Panties | Ruched White Rayon Satin with Cotton Lace & Bows | Mabs Bitsies | Size XXS, XS

These 1940s girdle panties by Mabs Bitsies are as cute as can be! Made entirely of ruched silky white rayon satin with elastic to give a perfectly slim fit that flatters the curves and accentuates your best assets! With a high elastic waist and a high cut on the sides of the hips, and darling white cotton lace ruffles on the leg openings to give a very flirty and 'girly' look. Little satin ribbon bows adorn the sides of both legs and a wide gusset preserves modesty and comfort. These little shaper panties are a great choice for pinup style photo shoots and burlesque costumes, but can certainly be worn comfortably around the house or under your day wear!

CONDITION - Excellent: no holes, stains or rips. The waist is still stretchy but likely not as much as it was 80 years ago! Could easily be replaced which would give much more give in the waist for larger sizes. Not fragile, all elastic in body and thighs in perfect condition.
