This vintage 1940s evening gown is made from black tulle net featuring rows of ruffled floral lace throughout its entirety. Beautifully fitted with frilly sleeves and a low square neck that flatters the chest nicely. This stunner falls to the floor with a multi gored skirt that creates a darling fluted hem. Fully lined in taffeta with a collectible brass metal bell shaped zipper for closure.

CONDITION

Excellent: Has had several seam repairs that are invisible, a few small holes and snags at the hem as pictured. One visible mend at the base of the zipper. Dress was shortened at the shoulder and can be released; I chose not to because it did not affect fit.
