Vintage 1940s dressing gown robe made of silky tea rose pink rayon satin with floral embroidered alencon lace inserts down the center bodice. Bias cut with princess sleeves puffed at the shoulders offering the classic 40's silhouette. Satin fabric covered buttons with hidden button snaps for closure, with a wrap-like skirt tying in the back. A long, slender skirt falls to the ankle with a slightly longer back that gives a bit of drama. An absolutely lovely robe!

CONDITION :
Excellent: Hand washed and steamed, one incredibly faint mark on the lower part of the skirt that I tried to photograph. One hole surrounded by a rust-colored stain on the top right shoulder. Some scuffs to the satin and a hidden repair to the lace/photographed for transparency.
