Vintage 1940s black rayon velvet dress that has never been worn and still has the original hang tag intact. Stunning, with a bias cut and ruched detail on the puffed sleeves. CONDITION
Very good - excellent: Never worn, however there is a mend right under the button closure in the back. There are belt loops but no belt. Some slight oxidation on the metal zipper where the metal has a green tinge from not being used; zipper is still functional.
