This 1930s teddy by Streamline is made entirely of peach silk with luxurious detail. Absolutely gorgeous with a very deep bias cut and shiny satin strips which flatter the figure beautifully while adding a flirty bit of flair to an already lovely piece. With rich mauve pink lace edging along the very deep V cut neckline and silk ribbon straps, a decadent low cut back and a loosely draped fit. This chemise style romper is very slinky and sensual with fluted wide lace hemmed short bottoms and a button gusset crotch closure, making it an easy lingerie piece to slip in and out of. A truly beautiful and rare addition to the boudoir.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
