Vintage 1930's Tap Pants - Pearl White Silk Satin with Warm Nude Lace Inserts & Scalloped Edges - Size S

These 1930s tap panties were made from a lush pearl white silk satin material that has a very high luster, giving a sort of appearance. Warm nude embroidered lace and tulle inserts frame the slits on the sides of hips, with an intricate scallop hem embroidered in thread of the same hue. These darling little panties are cut on the bias with a cheeky flutter to the leg opening which flatters the figure beautifully, with a double diamond gusset crotch edged in the same scalloped detail. A very special lingerie piece!

CONDITION

Excellent: Hand washed and ironed. They appear to have been rarely worn. One very small run on the gusset and one incredibly faint spot of discoloration near the hem that was quite honestly difficult to spot (I had to heavily brighten the photo for it to appear).
