Vintage 1930s robe by Marshal Field & Company in a stunning Renaissance style. A one of a kind piece, made of a light dusty blue rayon taffeta with a bright floral print over its entirety. Fitted in the bodice with a sweetheart neckline with deep purple velvet piping lining the waist and neckline. Lush princess puffed shoulders and split bell sleeves adorned with velvet bows at the elbow. A huge, very long skirt falls to the floor with a wide 167-inch sweep. A wearable collector's piece that is a true treasure.

CONDITION :
Excellent: No holes or rips. a few light spots from age and some minor discoloration at the underside of the hem from dragging (robe is very long!). There was an eyehook at the neck that is missing.
