This 1930s nightgown by Beau Monde is bewitching in every way. Made of sheer, silky black chiffon with floral chantilly lace adorning the entirety of the bodice and hem. Bias cut with a deep V neckline and gathered fabric at the bust, with a sexy exposed midriff traced in lace. An open back with wide straps and a loosely fitted waist, this gorgeous gown drapes beautifully with a slinky long skirt which falls to the ankle. A center kick slit adds even more beauty to an already stunning gown. Perfectly compliments the form whether long and lean or curvy and voluptuous. A truly rare, scantily clad lingerie piece that is decadent and rich in detail.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
