This vintage 1930s nightgown was completely stitched by hand, made from a gorgeous sheer apricot silk georgette material. Bias cut with a deep lace edged slit down the center bodice that closes shut with dainty little pearl buttons. A large ruffled collar and fluttery sleeves, both beautiful finished with lace and tediously done pin tucks. This incredible gown was sewn to intentionally flatter the figure, with a sleek and smooth fit around the hips and incredibly long ties to cinch the waist to your liking. A floor length fluted hem with the tiniest rolled seam that shows a dedication to quality as well as luxury. An exceptionally darling gown.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
