Vintage 1930's Kimono Robe | Teal Silk Crepe with Sheer Lace & Hand Painted Detail | Free Size
Availability:
This 1920s to 1930s Japanese kimono robe is made of ultra sheer deep teal silk crepe with stunning floral lace panels throughout. Completely hand sewn with hand painted detail around the hem. This very rare one of a kind style has a wide white silk collar for comfort and flows down to the floor, beautifully draping the figure. A lovely art deco style dressing gown with dramatically long 26" sleeves. An ivory satin tie at the waist for cinching, though this kimono would also make a gorgeous and light duster jacket worn open. Such an exquisite piece!
CONDITION - Very good: no holes or rips. There are a few marks that I have found. 2 directly above the hem and one on the back. There is a little discoloration on the left side near the underarm area and slight discoloration in the white collar.
