Vintage 1930s dress by Roy H. Bjorkman, an exclusive high-end clothier in Minneapolis, MN. This one-of-a-kind gown was made from deep inky black silk velvet, bias cut with a straight neck. Incredible gold lame lined 43-inch sleeves that cascade down the sides. A loose drape and fitted waist flatters the figure, with an open back that offers a sexy glimpse of skin. A long skirt that falls to the floor, with a train in the back and 95 inch sides creating the most dramatic allure to the wearer. Two faceted plastic buttons on the sides to hold up the train. Perfect for living out the art-deco goth fantasies, or for adding to a vintage collection. Amazing!

CONDITION :
Good-very good - Dress is structurally sound for wear. Some seam repairs. One fairly large patch added to the right side-hip, and two smaller patches on the lower back, also one small hole between patches. One repair to the back of the right sleeve, and another on the lower-back of the skirt a few inches above the hem. There are several holes directly above the hem at the back of the skirt which honestly hide fairly well when worn. Definitely worthy of repair, flaws don't distract from the beauty of this dress! Dress has not been professionally cleaned by me.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
