Vintage 1940s hand stitched Japanese kimono robe made from a very bold art deco Geisha wood block print silk crepe material. Fully lined with the iconic long sleeves, cinching at the waist with a matching fringe edged sash tie. Perfect for the collector of all things art deco. A truly unique gem!
CONDITION
Excellent: Hand washed and steamed. Structurally sound and completely wearable. There is a printing flaw on the inner lapel and some wear at the edges, primarily along the crease of the hem and back of neck. A few stains that are not obvious due to the heavy pattern. One spot of discoloration on the lining near the opening that does not show when worn.
