A stunning 1920s nightgown completely hand sewn and full of detail. Made of a light and silky rayon blend fabric, in the richest shade of peach. Satin floral damask patterns the dress entirely, with a gorgeous taupe tulle bodice adorned with Alençon appliques. Slinky and loose fitting, classic to the era, with a long sash belt to accentuate the waist. This gown falls below the knee to about mid-shin, with a soft V cut in the back which shows a subtle amount of skin. A true 20's treasure, certainly made of upmost quality by a highly skilled clothier. Could easily transform into a jaw dropping dress with the right slip.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
