This vintage 1920s to very early 1930s front lacing corset by Gossard was made from a sturdy peach cotton coutil material. This gorgeous piece sits inches above the natural waist, cradling the lower ribcage and smoothing the lower back into the derriere. Slim metal stays thoughtfully placed to shape the figure, with 4 adjustable garters to hold up your stockings. A very nice piece.

Condition
Very good-excellent: Has been soaked and pressed. Structurally strong with no holes or rips. Garters in excellent like-new condition without rust or crisping. The fabric has many very, very light spots and areas that are slightly darker than the rest of the piece, especially over the stays. There is a closeup photo of where it appears more prominent (shadow from that side of the room makes it look much worse than it is).
