Vintage 1910's - 1920's Chemise - Ivory Silk with Floral Cotton Lace & Pink Silk Ribbon Floral Adornment - Size S, M

This vintage late 1910s to early 1920s chemise was made from a very soft ivory silk material with a subtle sheen that captures light beautifully and provides a stunning drape. Very loose in fit with a straight cut edged in gorgeous floral cotton lace at the chest and hem. Powder pink silk lines the inner edge of the lace, with two-tone silk straps and a silk ribbon floral adornment on the right chest that adds a decadent touch. This darling slip falls inches below the knee, with a wrap style skirt that allows for ease of movement. A stunning lingerie piece.

Condition:
Excellent: Hand washed and pressed with no holes or rips in the piece itself. Silk, ribbon, and lace in wonderful condition. There is an approximately 2 inch section of the inner silk edging that is missing, but rest of silk edge is strong. Can be removed or ignored; does not distract from the slip.
