Edwardian era 1910s dress made from a double layered sheer white tulle net material. This lovely dress features ruffles galore! A wide collar and gathered fabric at the bodice and shoulders creates a dramatic effect, with draped half sleeves and a beautiful darted back that offers something beautiful to look at from all angles. Fitted at the waist with a stunning long skirt heavily adorned with rows of scalloped ruffles throughout. Sweetly feminine pastel colored floral embroidery adds a wonderful touch in just about every area of this gown. Very special!

CONDITION
Very good: Has been hand washed and steamed. Fabric integrity is in great condition with a healthy stretch. Many repairs have been made to reattach fastenings and popped seams. One visible mend in the skirt. Several holes as pictured (photographed all holes that I could find). One grayish mark on the abdomen.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
