Antique 1920s step-in chemise by Burtex has never been worn, made from a very lightweight pale petal pink silk that offers a lovely drape to the figure. Simple and chic with the upper chest made of sheer white chiffon, with a hidden drawstring to cinch the chest. Loose through the waist and hip with a scalloped hem edged in lace, with side slits that give a sexy touch and ease of wear. This little teddy has a skirt-like bottom and hidden ribbon crotch to keep the front and back pieces together. Darling!

A Note on Buying Vintage

This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:

• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina

These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.

Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
