This antique 1920s piano shawl was made from a gorgeous pale peach silk material, beautifully adorned with an intricate hand embroidered floral motif and a little hidden heart at the very center. A silk macrame edging, beautifully finished with 23 inch long fringe which adds drama to an already stunning textile. This incredible shawl comes with an art deco rhinestone clasp that can be used to keep the shawl closed if you choose to wear it. Pairs wonderfully with silk nightgowns or over formal gowns, and also makes a striking decorative piece for home.

Condition: hand washed and pressed. Fringe is slightly frayed at the very tips. A few areas of foxing and 2 pi sized holes that are right next to each other. There is a random dark blue thread in the silk at the edge that bled slightly.
