This antique 1920s lounge set was made from a black kimono silk material that has a decadent weight that drapes beautifully. The cropped wrap style top sits above the natural waist, tying at the center front (or around the back if you have a narrower ribcage). Fluttery petal like sleeves fall to just above the elbows, giving a cape like essence upon movement. Fully lined in a delicate white tissue silk, and beautifully adorned with embroidered clouds at the front and a large dragon at the center back that is finished with gold threading. The palazzo style pants sit high at the natural waist, with white piping that edges the angled front panel while an elastic back allows for comfortable wear. These pants flow gracefully to the ankle with enormous 45 inch leg openings. Two little buttons close the pants at the side of the waist. A very unique, highly collectible, 'once in a lifetime' set.

Condition
Excellent: Perfectly wearable condition with no holes or rips on the black silk. Elastic has been replaced. White lining of top is very delicate and has been reattached to the black along the rear neck. Some tiny white dots on the back of pants that feel like paint.
