This antique 1910's Edwardian nursing gown is a sweetly special piece intended for new mothers. Completely hand stitched, made from incredibly soft medium weight white cotton. Elaborate crocheted lace adorns the chest and straps, with a discreet center slit in the front to make nursing an easy feat. Nice and open, with a trapeze like fit which provides comfort and an ethereal innocence to the wearer. This chemise falls just below the knee and is hemmed with lovely eyelet lace, giving a very feminine touch. A very rare and nicely preserved lingerie piece!

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
