This antique corset cover from the early 1900's is made from a very pale yellow cotton with pinstripe texture throughout, and is edged in silky white lace. Lace cap sleeves with a center tie for closure, this Edwardian gem sits at the natural waist with an open bottom and 2 hooks in the rear to grasp onto your corset or under-bodice (I am assuming). This little camisole is a great collector item, with total ability to be worn.
CONDITION - Very good: Stellar and strong condition for its age! The piece is not fragile at all. There is one small brown spot on the right side ruffle, and faint underarm staining. There are two spots where the cotton started to fray, likely from a small prior rip or snag. Could very easily be darned as it is not an open hole.
