Antique 1910's Edwardian Chemise | Bright White Cotton Lawn with Valenciennes Lace | Size S, M
This antique 1910s Edwardian chemise is made from ultra-soft, bright white cotton lawn. Gorgeous French Valenciennes lace adorns the upper bodice with loops for holding ribbon to cinch the chest. Nice and loose with a subtle A-line cut allowing for comfort and a bit of modesty. A stunning overlay of rows and rows of floral lace covers the lower part of the skirt. This pretty gown falls to the lower part of the chin and could easily be worn as a dress with a nice slip underneath.
Very good: Hand washed and steamed, structurally sound and can be safely worn. There is an ov=bvious mend on the lower-side of the back and a frayed hole right at the end of the seam. A few small holes in the chemise and some in the lace overlay which is hardly noticeable. Very subtle rust spots on hem.
