This antique Edwardian era to early 1920s cusp camisole was made from gorgeous mixed lace fabrics. Floral filet lace complements rows of beautifully textured Irish crochet lace with lifted petals around the embroidered flowers which adds a very special touch. Scalopped lace straps and a straight cut offer the iconic loose silhouette of the era. This little cover falls just below the natural waist, closing up the back with a row of hidden eye-hooks. This little brassiere is fully lined in soft cotton tulle which provides protection as well as a high quality, structured fit. An exquisite lingerie staple from the era, perfectly crafted with intentional detail and grace.

A Note on Buying Vintage

This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:

• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina

These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.

Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
