This antique 1900s to early 1910s robe from the Edwardian era was made from a semi sheer white silk material that feels as light as air. Very loose in fit to provide a dramatic drape and ethereal flow in movement. Stunning embroidered satin tape adorns the opening and cuffs of the belled sleeves that fall just above the wrists. Elaborate pin tuck detail creates texture all around the chest and shoulders. This historical dream falls to the floor, slightly pooling from behind. Pairs beautifully with a variety of eras. A truly remarkable piece.

A Note on Buying Vintage
A Note on Buying Vintage
This is an antique or early vintage garment made from delicate materials such as silk, fine cotton, lace, or early synthetics. These textiles may display signs consistent with age, which includes:
• natural fiber fatigue
• gentle thinning at stress points
• subtle irregularities inherent to early manufacturing
• age-related softness or patina
These qualities are authentic to historic garments and are considered part of their character, not defects, unless otherwise stated.
Notable flaws, such as excessive wear, stains, holes, or rips will always be photographed and disclosed in the condition notes.
